100% of orders are shipped within one business day.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number, when your order has left our facilities.
Once your order has is possessions of USPS, please refer to your tracking number for any expected delivery questions or concerns.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Ground Shipping: Orders received by 12pm PST are typically shipped out on the same business day, via our standard shipping rates. Orders received after 12pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $35 or more for domestic orders. For domestic orders under $35, we offer a Standard Ground Shipping through USPS.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship through USPS Standard Ground First-Class Mail, West Cost orders will typically be delivered within 3 business days. We provide tracking info on all orders.

Missing or Lost Packages
We understand the frustration of missing, lost, or stolen packages.
Please following these steps before reporting a missing package to us.
1. Check your tracking number that is linked to your order for delivery times. If your package says it has been delivered on the tracking link, but you can't seem to find it, check any odd hiding places the mail deliver person may have stashed the package.
2. Wait 24 hours to see the package turns up. Accidents happen, and your package may have been prematurely marked as delivered.
3. Promptly email us about the missing package (within 48 hours of reported delivery), AND file a missing package report through USPS.
We currently do not offer international shipping, but hope to shortly!

Return & Exchange Policy
Do to the perishable nature of our product, and for safety and sanitation reasons, we can not accept returns on our products.
We take pride in our customer service. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order, or service from Kitchen Enrichments. If you are not 100% satisfied, please reach out directly, so we can promptly resolve the issue with an appropriate replacement or voucher for future redemption.
We consider refunds on a case by case basis. We do, however, want you to be happy with your order and service. If you have any questions, please reach out directly.
